I think fly #1 definitely will catch some great seatrout In Denmark, please tell me where I can learn to tie does flies? I have a Orvis Helios 2 #2 yes” I do catch seatrout on that rod, but sometimes are the rod to small for the fish ?
While I have fly fished all over the US, I live in Illinois.
..and we fly fish for what???
No. 4 is the best example of the one type of bug/fly that I will offer every time I fish…. because it works, once in a while almost everywhere.
Come-on it’s an excellent example of a common tree insect.
Thanks for the photo of No.4, I want to make several copies of that great fly for myself.
Fly #4: Tradd Little, a good working stone fly pattern
#4. I would name it MIB That monster bug has nothing on this fly
All are nice looking flies but Tradd Little Stone’s gets top honors and I would love to try them!
