Over the last 6 weeks, fly tyers around the world submitted 450+ flies to the #DestinationArticulationFlyTyingContest, which we put on with Orvis, Taylor Fly Fishing, Ahrex Hooks, and Renzetti to challenge fly tyers to push the limits tying with shanks from the Flymen Articulated Shank family.
The Flymen team chose a winner each week, and now it's up to YOU to decide the final grand prize winners and have the chance to win an Orvis Helios 3 fly rod (value: $849) just for voting!

it was a hard choice between fly #4 nd #5. I would say that it was a draw between the two flies. is it possible to get a description of how to tie these flies and the receipt. if possible could the please send it to "dalebea65@sbcglobal.net ". I would greatly appreciate it.
our club “Miami valley flyfishers” DAYTON OHIO has a large amount of instructions on tying flies. anyone can go to “MVFF.US” and see a print them for clubs.
They all look great!!!! The skill and talent of these individuals is top notch. Now if each one of them would send me a fly, I would be willing to do the field testing to see how well they work on the fish.
